Terms of Service
1. General
1.1. We are responsible for delivering purchased services strictly as described in the service description.
1.2. Creating multiple accounts or registering as a partner of your own account is strictly prohibited.
1.3. Any actions that interfere with the operation of the service are prohibited.
1.4. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user without explanation.
1.5. Rude or abusive behavior toward our support team is strictly prohibited.
1.6. We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation or refund in case of rule violations.
2. Order Processing
2.1. While an order is being processed, placing orders for the same target on other services is prohibited, unless stated otherwise in the service description. This also applies to multiple orders on our platform for the same target. Statuses considered active: "In Progress", "In Queue".
2.2. Cancellation of an order is not possible after it has been launched. Exception: if the service description includes a cancel button, the order can be cancelled.
2.3. Ordering services for accounts that contain prohibited content — including violence, weapons sales, or drug-related content — is strictly forbidden.
2.4. Order statuses and metrics may update with a delay. Current information can be found on the order page.
2.5. We are not responsible for drops caused by social media platforms. If a service includes a guarantee, we will refill the missing amount. If refilling is not possible, a refund will be issued to your account balance.
2.6. Order start and completion times listed in service descriptions are approximate. Due to varying load, account availability, and platform conditions, exact timing cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not started within 12 hours, please contact our support team.
2.7. Support responds within 24 hours on business days.
3. Refunds
After topping up your balance on our platform, refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the deposit. Refund processing time depends on the payment system and typically takes up to 15 business days.
