Funds added to your balance are intended for purchasing services on the platform. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.

Refunds are only possible if:

- The service was under guarantee and the order stopped without resolution from support.

Refund processing time: up to 15 business days.

Users may cancel a service before payment is made. Cancellation after payment is not possible, as service execution begins immediately, except in cases directly specified in the service description.
